In our busy call centers in Indiana and Massachusetts, our Customer Service Representatives help customers by answering questions and resolving issues regarding billing and service, setting appointments for our technicians to make repairs or turn service on or off, and responding to and reporting emergencies and outages. You’ll play an important role in our mission of providing our communities with safe, reliable energy. And, we’ll give you all the tools and training you need to do it right.
